Sleep Is Important for every human being . the Amount of work we take form our body also demands to repair and get energized to work again.

Did you know that a person not slept for more than 48 technically feels tired and body demands rest?

But If the person is unable to rest or not willing to sleep the sleep disorder prompts. Lately, it can convert into insomnia.

In this hustling life, it is difficult to take out time for ourselves. Sometimes we also lack enough sleep required for the mind to refresh and work. 

But We still fetch some 3-4 or 6-7 hours of sleep. For proper functioning of the mind and active body, one needs every night sleep. People who could not get an adequate amount of sleep tend to talk mindlessly sometimes. Do not let these affect you, Stay away from the sleep disorder.

Sometimes, lack of sleep is because of a stressful life. The pileup work or next day meeting, presentation, or future tension for the family, children etc.  There always will be numerous responsibility you will have to fulfill, but that will only be completed if you stay healthy and active.

  2. Set a bedtime that is early Good for you to get at least 7  To 8 hours of sleep.
  3. Do not go to bed unless you Feeling sleepy.
  4. When you don’t fall asleep after 30 min, get out of bed.
  5. Keep relaxing during the Sleeping time.
  6. Although, Make your bedroom Quiet and relaxing.
  7. Also, Keep the room at a comfortable temperature.
  8. Do not consume caffeine in the late evening.
  9. Don’t consume alcohol before bedtime.
  10. Decrease your fluid intake before bedtime.
  11. Sleep on a comfortable Pillows and mattress.
  12. Figure out Your Room and keep clean your Room
  13. Keep Regularly Exercise.
  14. If you have Any Problem in sleeping then avoid naps, especially in the afternoon.
  15. Reduce The bright light in the evenings.
  16. Turn off electronic devices at least 30 min before Sleep.
  17. Don’t eat a Heavy meal before bedtime. When you are hungry at Late night then eat a light, healthy foods.
  18. Keep Exercise regularly and manage a healthy diet.
